As a Masters-candidate in Mental Clinical Health, I understand there are times when we cannot process life events or overwhelm on our own. Our bodies tell us a story, trauma and life’s difficulties not only affect our mental wellbeing, but can also show up physically. In the reverse, our physical experience can have a profound effect on our mental health. Through integrating our mind-body connection, processing traumas at their root, and developing a deep understanding of self I believe healing and recovery are possible. I am passionate about seeing my clients discover what it means to live authentically, move forward with hope, and courageously break unhelpful patterns.
