The OPGHI multidisciplinary medical and behavioral health program remained
located within the buildings of two hospital-based facilities in disparate areas
of Chicago, Humboldt Park Health and Community First Medical Center.
Medical services, where appropriate, were moved to telehealth appointments.
Community based behavioral health services continued to be held via
telehealth portals.
