Dr. Karla Ivankovich, President of OnePatient Global Health Initiative, holds advanced degrees from the University of Illinois and a Ph.D. in Psychology. She's also an adjunct faculty member at the University of Illinois at Springfield. In her role, Dr. Karla oversees organizational development, strategic planning, and fiscal management for OnePatient. She manages mental health services, internship supervision, program operations, outreach initiatives, and clinical compliance in the Behavioral Health Division.

President and co-founder of One Patient Global Health Initiative, Dr. Karla wears multiple hats. Within One Patient Global Health Initiative she provides oversight in the areas of organizational development, strategic planning, and fiscal management. Within the Behavioral Health Division, she is responsible for mental health services, internship supervision, program operations, outreach programming, and clinical compliance. 

Dr. Karla Ivankovich is board certified as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a Tele-Mental health provider.  She is an international best-selling author, educator, and highly awarded mental health expert.  Dr. Karla holds Master’s degrees from the University of Illinois system in both Human Development Counseling and in INO-Disability Studies. While there she completed additional post-graduate degree course work in Educational Leadership and Doctoral Superintendency. At Northcentral University, Dr. Karla went on to earn a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Psychology with special emphasis on the Biopsychosocial Aspects of Health. Most recently Dr. Karla completed a Certification in Integrated Primary Care and Behavioral Health Medicine at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. 

Dr. Karla serves as an adjunct faculty member in both the graduate Clinical Mental Health Counseling program for North Park University and for the undergraduate Psychology program at the University of Illinois at Springfield.
